- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The guy is "pull happy". Instead of drilling and filling he'd much rather yank it. I've never been to a dentist who discovered a cavity but wouldn't drill and fill it until it got bigger. This makes no damn sense to me whatsoever. Isn't it the point to drill and fill it BEFORE it has the chance to get even bigger??? - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've had Major problems with his dental work. Also, I asked Dr. Afzal to help a friend, who was on disability, w/ a tooth that had a small cavity, and to my HORROR, Afzal PULLED the tooth.
