- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been plagued since middle school (I'm now in mid-fifties) with what I thought were sinus headaches. Read up on tension headaches and the use of Botox injections. I cannot describe what painfree means to me. Doctor Oliva said three months relief - I've had six. He doesn't take insurance - and I could go through the documentation process and find an insurance participating provider -- but (no pun) - I don't need more headaches.
